When you are notified by the visa office to submit your medical report, you will be invited to attend a prearrival orientation session in your country.
The orientation session will consider the plan you are making using the MPNP pre-arrival workbook. Counsellors will review your situation and answer questions about prearrival planning and about living and working in Manitoba. Your spouse and adult dependants are encouraged to also attend.
Watch this page for more information about the MPNP's predeparture orientation sessions for nominees in your country.
The orientation sessions are called the Canadian Immigrant Integration Program (CIIP). CIIP helps immigrants prepare for economic success by providing information, planning and online support through partners in Canada.
CIIP offices are located in China, India, Philippines and the United Kingdom and services are available in additional service delivery locations.
