Academic Credentials Assessment Service

The Academic Credentials Assessment Service (ACAS) is the provincially mandated assessment agency in Manitoba. ACAS assesses secondary and post-secondary education (academic credentials) earned outside of Canada and compares it to current educational standards in Manitoba.
