International Dentist Degree Program
The University of Manitoba offers this program to graduates of international dental programs that are not accredited by the Commission on Dental Accreditation of Canada.

Internationally Educated Agrologists Pilot Program
This program provides a process so internationally educated agrologists can fulfil the agrologist-in-training requirement of the Manitoba Institute of Agrologists in order to qualify for professional registration (P.Ag).

Bank & Credit Union Training and Work Experience Program: Member Services Representatives
Five-week pre-training includes an orientation to business language, Canadian and credit union/bank work culture and essential skills. This is followed by a paid, three-month work experience in a financial institution. For more information phone the Manitoba Adult Language Training Branch, 945-2434.

Early Childhood Educator Internationally Educated Qualifications Program
This program assists eligible applicants to meet the qualification requirements of Manitoba's Early Childhood Educator II (ECE II) classification. The program includes orientation session, workshops, networking meeting, mentoring and advisory support. Professional Immigrant Pilot Project
This pilot project of Employment Manitoba assists skilled/professional immigrants to enter their field of expertise in the Manitoba labour market.

Technical Writing for Engineering Technologies Pilot Program
To certify as an engineering technologist applicants must complete a technical report for the Certified Technicians and Technologists Association of Manitoba (CTTAM). This program improves the ability of candidates to write a technical report in English that meets CTTAM standards. Work internships may be provided to those who qualify and are underemployed or unemployed.

Internationally Educated Engineers Qualification Program
This program provides a pathway for immigrants with engineering credentials obtained outside of Canada to meet part of the licensing requirements for professional engineering practice in Manitoba.

Medical Licensure Program for International Medical Graduates
This one-year training program helps foreign-trained physicians obtain medical licensure to practise as primary care physicians in Manitoba.

Bridging Program for Internationally Educated Nurses
Red River College offers this program to internationally educated nurses working toward becoming registered nurses in Manitoba. The program has three phases -- language, theory and clinical practice. The program is customized; students are first assessed to determine what they need to learn.

Educational Series for Internationally Educated Nurses in Preparation for the Canadian Registered Nurses Examination
The program consists of a series of 14 three-hour educational workshops to help internationally educated nurses prepare for the February, June and October sittings of the exam. The program aims to increase confidence and test-taking skills, improve exam success rates and increase the number of licences granted to internationally educated nurses. Internationally Educated Teachers Pilot Program
Individuals who complete this program are eligible to seek employment as teachers in Manitoba. The program provides the following supports: university coursework needed for Manitoba certification adapted to the needs of IET participants; orientation to Manitoba curricula; in-school placements; mentoring by experienced teachers; job search skill development, language development.
